Classes focus on deep core strengthening and very specific muscle conditioning. There is also an element of rehab and special attention to previous injuries.
The classes are of varying difficulty and I find it helps to have different strengths in the class, to help motivate and encourage! There are no more than 12 per class, with a great variation of age, ranging from 20’s to 70’s. Classes are offered in a calm, relaxed and comfortable environment on:
Mondays 17:45-18:45 and Thursdays 17:00-18:00
